Steve is a graduate of Lancaster Catholic High School and Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology. He received his Associate’s degree in Specialized Technology. He has over 24 years of surveying experience and has been a Professional Licensed Surveyor in Pennsylvania since 1999. Steve is a member of numerous surveying associations including: the Pennsylvania Society of Land Surveyors, the American Congress of Surveying and Mapping, the National Society of Professional Surveyors, the American Association of Geodetic Surveying and the Cartography and Geographical Information Society He is also a Volunteer Coordinator and serves on the Builders Committee of Lancaster Area Habitat for Humanity. Steve enjoys thoroughbred horseracing, playing golf and traveling. He also likes woodworking and landscaping. He’s a huge fan of the Eagles and the Phillies.

Dave has over 37 years experience as a Surveyor and has been a Professional Licensed Surveyor in Pennsylvania for 30 years. He graduated from Penn State University with an Associate’s degree in Surveying Technology. Dave belongs to the Pennsylvania Society of Land Surveyors, the American Congress of Surveying and Mapping, the National Society of Professional Surveyors, the American Association of Geodetic Surveying and the Cartography and Geographical Information Society. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, bike riding and wildlife habitat improvement. In addition to his many surveying industry memberships, Dave is also a member of the Ruffed Grouse Society, Trout Unlimited, Woodcock Limited of PA, Chesapeake Bay Foundation and Lititz Run Watershed Association.

Ryan performs surveys in the field and also does CAD work for some of our projects. He has been in the surveying field for over 5 years. He has Associates degrees in Surveying Technology and Civil Engineering from Pennsylvania College of Technology. In his free time, Ryan likes spending time outdoors hiking, hunting, backpacking, playing sports and doing yard work. He also enjoys woodworking and spending time with his family.

Mike manages our construction stakeout projects. He has 13 years as a surveyor. Mike was in the United States Marine Corps from 1992 to 1996. He attended HACC and the University of North Carolina-Wilmington. Mike enjoys golfing and fishing and vacationing in Myrtle Beach. He likes watching baseball and football. His favorite sports teams are the Phillies and Flyers. |

Dan Lynn started his surveying career in the field, eventually learning AutoCAD and becoming a full-time CAD Technician. He has over 3 ½ years of experience in the Surveying industry. Dan is a graduate of Penn Manor High School and attended HACC for business classes. He enjoys football, golf and baseball and was fortunate to be able to watch the Phillies in Game 4 of the 2008 World Series. Dan is a self-taught day trader and thoroughly enjoys dabbling in the stock and options markets. |

Christi handles LGS’ financial and business operations as well as payroll. She is a graduate of Elizabethtown Area High School, attended Bloomsburg University and Millersville University majoring in Computer Science and Art. Christi is also a registered Pennsylvania Notary Public. On the personal level, Christi enjoys gardening, interior decorating and spending time with her family. She and her husband are members of LCBC Church, Manheim and the Lancaster Liederkranz. Christi and her family sponsor a child through World Vision.

Honorary Receptionist
Frost is our honorary receptionist and greets all our visitors with a sniff and a smile. She is an excellent hunter and enjoys accompanying her dad, Dave, on hunting trips. Frost has an abundance of free time and enjoys sleeping and begging Kim for treats.
